If the Falcons are legit and don't fall apart, I doubt the Bears and 49ers will catch them because of their remaining schedules. But being at home in the playoffs the last two years didn't stop the Falcons from getting smacked down hard by eventual Super Bowl champions.
Colts are better than the Skins, because their Defense can actually stop the other team with all the injuries the redskins are facing, their defense has been hurt the most. I also think firing Mike and Kyle would help RG3, put a system around him similar to what Green Bay uses. Thats where his talent can be used, not as a running qb Any HC can make RG3 look good, olympic level speed, deadly accurate, strong arm, the question should be.. :how bad can you make him look"
After losing to Carolina, Mike Shanahan plans on using the rest of the season to evaluate players for next year. “Now you’re playing to see who obviously is going to be on your football team for years to come." How laughable. What we'll really find out is if Shanahan will be the Redskins coach for "years to come". The best answer for RG3 is no. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.co...ahan-rest-of-this-season-to-evaluate-players/
My Bears just don't cease to amaze me on the defensive side of the ball, if the offense can get more consistent they might be able to make some noise in the post season especially when Alshon Jeffery to bookend Marshall in the WR corp. Hester nearly broke one yesterday after being quiet for the first 8 games. Next 2 weeks will be very very interesting to see how they match up against top teams.
I could care less about the Cowboys any more. I guess I call myself a fan but I don't know what I'm a fan of exactly. I guess I'm a fan of the circus more than the team at this point. Seriously, how can any Cowboys fan take this team seriously any more? You can't. I'm laughing at them with the rest of you. I can barely even watch them any more because all they do is tease you and screw it up. I will only watch the Cowboys on the secondary buffer while watching something else. Then, I will flip back and, if something good happened, I will rewind and watch it. If something bad happens, then I won't rewind it. Is that any way to watch football? Thanks, Jerry! This season is over and we all know it. Don't pretend we are going to finish 7-1 or even 6-2. It's not going to happen with these teasing choke artists. Congrats to Jason Witten on taking over the team record for catches. Too bad all those catches resulted in being nowhere anywhere close to a Super Bowl. Jason, your whole career has been wasted on this team!
After signing him for 3 years and 19.6 million in the offseason, the Chiefs released CB Stanford Routt (and signed DT Shaun Smith).
Stupid of Mike to "quit" with 7 games left in the season, but I was thinking Kyle (with a bit of his dad's counsel) was a great fit for Griffin. Putting an utra mobile QB like Griffin in a bootleg offense is good. Then factor in Griffin's deep ball accuracy to hit on the play action and you've really got a stew goin.
I feel your pain...It sucks being a Cowboy fan...Glimmer of hope from the season opener and downhill ever since. I can't believe how crazy up and down this season has been...Dallas does have talent, but they can't play together or put things together on a consistent basis. Sad thing is, nothing will change..Romo will still be the QB and we are in desperate need of a running game. To many mistakes and missed opportunites...Congrats to Jason Witten, best TE with no Super Bowl appearances
This Philly offensive line is absolutely terrible. These guys either have quit on Vick or they are all a bunch of 3rd string fodder.
lol @ people blaming Vick. Interception went right off Celek hands and Desean Jackson dropped a TD Offensive line doesn't need any explaining.
