That fade jump ball/over the shoulder pass is almost free throw automatic now.

Vick looking bad. Lucky to only have 1 pick, 3 other times he threw it into the vikings hands, and these 2 lost fumbles.

Peterson right back with the counter-punch. Eagles down 10 with 6 minutes, do I smell a comeback? Vick better secure the ball and pick his spots, too many butterfingers on the Vikings side or this game would have been over a long time ago.

I figured the Vikings had the personnel up front to stop the Eagles and they did. Chicago AND Green Bay should send thank yous to the Vikings as the Bears can now rest their starters and give the Packers a give me game.

Collinsworth brought up a good point. Now there is no way the Eagles can get bye. They can rest their starters next week for the playoffs now, or at least they should.

Yeah, the Vikings have a good front 4 and any team with that can wreak havoc with that offense. The Bears, Packers and Giants are all playoff or potential playoff teams that I believe have the personnel to do what the Vikings did tonight.

Eagles messed with the football gods by shying away from a snow game and got burned for it. Vick looks like he got the rug pulled from under his leg. Wonder if there is going to be another blizzard in Philly two weeks from now?

    Wussies ;)

Collinsworth made a great point that the Eagles loss really affected the Giants. The Bears are now locked into the 2nd seed and may rest their starters against GB.

They were going for a lot of those chip tackles whenever Vick would run out of bounds. Noticeable late close hits too. I wouldn't trust a DL led by that cheap shot hillbilly Allen.

I gotta tell you I was as shocked as you were probably at the result, my Bears just destroyed this same team last week. The Vikes seemed like a different team last nite.

Lovie won't rest his starters, he really wants to knock the Pack out of the playoffs but if the game heads south for the Bears I could probably see him pulling his starters in the 2nd half.
