This has been one of the craziest days I've seen in the NFL. I've never seen an OL take back a Kick Off that FAR!!!
Apparently you're the one with a brain then. Such an embarrassing loss. I can't even find the words to describe how disgusted I am so I'll leave it at that.
Pun, I must say I'm impressed by Vick's performance today in one of the greatest comebacks ever. Pretty sick what he did to a really good Giants defense. G-Men had a huge meltdown in the 4th quarter. Gotta admit DeSean Jackson has now become a semi-likable douchebag with this latest performance. Enjoy and bask in all the glory of rooting for a winning football team. Wish Texans could pull something like this. Oh wait they did last week, only to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. Back to the fire Kubiak thread. Adios!
The Giants got real cocky in that 4th quarter. I blame that on the coach. Did you see who was covering Celek on that long td pass? Justin Tuck! They also had Tuck lining up as a linebacker and rushing the middle. Why??? Why change what worked for 3.5 quarters? Once they changed, receivers were getting open and containment was lost! Had they not gotten cutE and lax, they would have probably won.....in blowout fashion. Don't get wrong though, whatever the reason for the change, I'm ecstatic! Maybe the Eagles just know how to finish the Giants off in the last few minutes too! <object width="640" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/ML1Ixd3jiGU?fs=1&hl=en_US"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/ML1Ixd3jiGU?fs=1&hl=en_US" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="640" height="385"></embed></object> <object width="480" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/wziVV5p2tKQ?fs=1&hl=en_US"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/wziVV5p2tKQ?fs=1&hl=en_US" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="480" height="385"></embed></object> <object width="640" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/3xpEJr8Yjzg?fs=1&hl=en_US"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/3xpEJr8Yjzg?fs=1&hl=en_US" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="640" height="385"></embed></object>
Well I picked 5 games and sadly that is the only one I got right. My other picks Houston Cincy Dallas New England None of them covered and Houston didn't win
Shaud, If Philadelphia and Atlanta meet in the playoffs and the game is played in Atlanta, do you think there would be a large percentage of the crowd cheering for the Eagles and/or Vick?
I think they set him up well, they didn't really put him in a position to have to make any long throws. Every 3rd and long they just called a QB Draw. He made some throws, used his running ability well. But clearly he's going to be a work in progress.
