does anyone have the vid of what happened with that jets tripping incident? was the miami player pushed out of bounds there or he ran out of bounds? whats exactly going on there? edit: nm saw it, wow...unreal. goodell should come down hard
I'm not mad at all. Kansas City is supposed to be in rebuild mode, all this winning is just a bonus for me. I expected my team to suck, while once again, delusional Sandy Eggo fans think they are SB contenders. Injury excuse is valid. See week 1 scoreboard. Brodie Croyle is a worthless chump who has never won an NFL game. David Carr would have done a better job than Croyle. You don't have the best TE in the league. Again, delusional Charger fan, you've never had the best TE in the league. The best TE in the league plays for the Atlanta Falcons. Yes, you slapped around a team without it's most important player. You made us your b****. Nice. Look up in the standings.

Alosi released a statement on Sunday night, after the Jets already apologized for the incident. “I made a mistake that showed a total lapse in judgment. My conduct was inexcusable and unsportsmanlike and does not reflect what this organization stands for. I spoke to Coach Sparano and Nolan Carroll to apologize before they took off. I have also apologized to Woody [Johnson], Mike [Tannebaum and Rex [Ryan.] I accept responsibility for my actions as well as any punishment that follows.”
As I told some of you a week ago, New England is in a class in and of itself... and the Pats defense is continuing to make major strides. Those of you focusing on the overall yardage numbers are missing the enormous growth that that unit has had. The Bears had about 50 total yards when the game was competitive... and even when it wasn't, the Patriots made plays and created turnovers when it counted. Yes, the New England offense is incredible, but the defense is a remarkable story in and of itself. That's a unit that was as bad as the Texans over the first month, but through the coaching of Belichick, it has become a strength. Meanwhile, under Gary, our young defense... yeah. Other impressions... it seems weird to say, but if the Texans can somehow win out, a wild card (even if the Colts win out) is a possibility. The Jets are coming back to the pack, and have games at Pittsburgh and Chicago the next two weeks (probable losses). Lose those, and they're 9-6. If the Texans win out, it would include beating Baltimore tomorrow... and they have New Orleans coming in next week. Lose those, and Baltimore is 8-6. Kansas City isn't automatic either. The Rams are a tough team at home... lose that, they're 8-6 with Tennessee and Oakland coming to KC, neither of which are awful. Plus, Cassel's status is up in the air. It won't happen for ALL of those teams... but it wouldn't be shocking if a couple fell to 9-7, leaving the door open for Houston due to favorable tiebreaker scenarios. (NOTE: I fully expect the Texans to be virtually eliminated tomorrow night. But if they can somehow finish with four in a row like last year, it's not a longshot at all for them to advance.)
I don't agree with the flag. He can score however he wants. He did NOTHING on the ground. What is up with that? I hope they show it again. That was NOT a violation of any rule.
I went back on the game on the DVR. It takes about 12 to 15 seconds between the spike of the ball and the cheers of the Dallas crowd liking the flag, not counting the half second it takes for Al Michaels to say "And now there's a flag." ODD. Dude. The server's vBulletin tells us what time you posted this. There's no need to tell us the time of your "TRANSMISSION."
