LOL. INT. His last couple of passes were nearly intercepted. Finally caught up with him. Or was that still moving around and the ball touch the ground?
Nice timing on that post. LOL. Going to be a game losing INT....and he also caused his team another 15yards.
Eh. Mistakes happen. Peyton has thrown 11 interceptions in his last 3 games. It's still something that Freeman has that Bucs team right on the cusp of a playoff spot. Give him another year or two, and I bet he ends up on the winning end of games like this.
So what does Jason Garrett have to do from here on out to get the permanent job in Dallas? Right now, he's got the Cowboys at 3-1, but more importantly, he's got them playing up to their potential. Personally, I hope Jerry goes with Garrett to simply take the Cowboys out of the running for Gruden or Cowher. I want either one of them in Houston, but you've gotta believe that if Dallas has a vacancy, that's the number one option for any big name coach. That's assuming that Jerry puts his pride aside, of course, which is no small matter.
Could this be the beginning of Peyton Manning's decline? He's thrown 11 interceptions over the last 3 games including 2 game ending picks against the Patriots and Cowboys. Let's not forget he is 34 years old about the age where production usually drops for most QBs.
I think we have to see what he does with healthy players instead of a bunch of waiver-wire type guys. The thing about Manning is that the strength of his game is entirely mental. He's never been particularly athletic, so the age thing shouldn't really affect him as much as a more mobile QB.
wow, stat from nbc pre game, ray lewis and rodney harrison, only defensive players with thirty ints and thirty sacks in history
