I'm a 6'3 Pass First PG. I was picked up by the Heat but after the 6 Summer League games they let me go. For some reason every other team in the league gave me a shot so naturally i selected the Rockets. Got absolutely destroyed when T-Mac was on my team but managed to rack up 14 assists dishing the ball to Scola. Didn't manage a spot on the roster and got sent to the D League where i played 7 games (i got a call up to the NBA after my 3rd Player of the Game Award). The Celts offered me a 10 day contract and in the 4 games in those 10 days i averaged 7.8 PPG just under 4 rebounds and just over 12 assists. However after the past 2 NBA games my mentor guy says "big decision to make... these teams are really interested" or something along those lines - but than nothing happens? So i just assume the Celts gave me another contract? Since the 10 days are up.
I am the 3rd option on the Cavaliers! My Player Cavs Lineup: Me (PG) - Obviously the best player on the team. Anthony Parker (SG) - He drives me absolutely crazy with his crappy ballhandling and passing. Only thing he is good for is the open 3. LeBron James (SF) - He takes way too many bad shots. Emeka Okafor (PF) - Plays well. Shaquille O'Neal (C) - Not bad... not bad... for an old man. Key bench players: Delonte West - Absolute beast at shooting. Anderson Varejao - Averages 3.6 flops... errr charges per game.
Actually it would be 2k13. Since they name their games based upon the upcoming year, not the current.
It took me 15 games in the D-League to get a 10-day contract from the Grizzlies, and I became the starting shooting guard (over O.J. Mayo) after only one game, in which I only scored 11 points...
This has been dead forever. Never trust a guy working at a Gamestop. Do not even talk to them. Don't even look at them when you buy. Don't even go into Gamestop.
Hey, quick question. My overall in my player is at 74, however when I check my player card, there is a yellow arrow that points downward and my overall stats are dropped 3 points. What gives?
Made it through 2 training camp games with the Rockets and then got dumped. I hate some of the requirements. Like, "Make at least 2 three pointers" when I'm an athletic SF who has like a 30 three point rating. Sure I could go out and jack up a three every time down the court but then my teammate grade plummets. Anybody else frustrated by the changes in available camera angle from summer circuit to training camp? The one I used for the summer circuit isn't there in training camp and it throws me off completely. Anyway, off to the Austin Toros for me.
You don't really need to complete the "objectives." All they give you is an extra 100 skill points. Getting an A+ gets you 900 skill points. I'm an athletic SF and made it through training camp with the Nets. Have played in 15 games now, averagng 9.4 pts 2.2 ast 2.1 rbs.
