I really like what the hawks have done this week. Yes they overpaid for gallo. But adding gallo, bogdan, rondo & okwongu to a team that was terrible is going to help improve their team a ton. What happens with Collins is the only issue. Jeremy lin if he's healthy could be help the warriors. They are in dire need of a backup pg. Green to the nets is hilarious. Durant green and if they can get ibaka is more than halfway to a brooklyn thunders. They just need to add WB and harden lol.
Who's the best center available left? Tristan Thompson? Have to think they really need to get a guy like him at this point, otherwise it would be a pretty bad free agency for them, probably the worst between the top teams.
I was reading a thread last night that was talking about if the clippers miss out on rondo they might come after Westbrook.
They’d have to give us pg he played at an mvp level with Westbrook might get back there with an ultra like harden.
I mean: Nurkic/Kanter Melo/Collins (Collins should start lol) Covington/Jones/Little CJ/Hood Lillard/Simmons I don't know where the "problem" is there, because they have 3 small forwards with two of them being one/two year players in the league? Seems just pretty good depth to me. Also on Miami, I don't know if Harkless is a downgrade from Corwder, i think their defense overall is similar in term of results, with Crowder being more of an hustle defender while Harkless is more clean/diligent (think about Klay), comparable shooters too...
In Melo's case he slimmed down to play the 3 in the bubble, I would think. Probably has to get 'fat' once again. I have stopped watching the Finals but Crowder was phenomenal at times on the road to the Finals.
