Guzman with the epic choke job! Once we tied it I knew we were going to win it right after.

Just got finished fast fwding through the game on DVR. I had it set to record for 3 hours and it got cut off right after Sullivan's groundout.

I was sure we lost at that point. I'll have to catch the highlights on MLB TV.

Lindstrom got lucky and unlucky en route to his 3rd BS in 4 opps. He gave up a couple of bloop hits and Caballo did his thing but he also got fortunate when Kennedy ripped that ball right at Berkman. He's not as bad as we've seen recently but he's probably not nearly as good as he appeared to be during that hot stretch either.

Lyon has also been looking shaky recently but he did well to work out of that 2 men on, no outs situation.

We wasted a good opportunity to extend the lead in the 7th (2 on, no outs, heart of the order).

Moehler was really, really good today. I've never been a fan of him or the resigning but he can be an effective enough pitcher when he's locating well and mixing up his pitches.

Daigle was lousy today but gets bonus points for having his wife at the game.

How bad must it feel as a pitcher to give up a HR to Kevin Cash and a single to Brian Moehler on consecutive pitches? Cash is about as bad a hitter as you'll find among position players and Moehler is about as bad a hitter as you'll find among pitchers.

I'm not nearly the fan of the Astros that most of you are. I only started following them after moving to Houston in '02. I'm an Indians fan first but have a tendency to support teams in my local area.

I actually prefer watching games on DVR. You can watch an entire game in about 45 minutes.

Forgot about you being an Indians fan Brooks. For not being a big big Astros fan, you are among the posting leaders in game threads :p

I've actually started to follow the Astros more closely than the Indians in recent years since games are more readily available. Plus, I just cancelled Extra Innings so I've barely even seen the Indians this season.

I also wouldn't say that I'm not a big fan of the Stros. I'm really into them now. I'm just not an old school fan like a lot of you and like I am with the Indians.

I think I post so much here to get my sports fix. I'm going through withdrawals with my teams out of the mix in hockey and basketball.
