    Way, way, way, way, way, waaaaaaaaaaaay overdone.

    Obviously she looked at past outrageousness at the VMA Awards---if Madonna / Britney / Lady Gaga / Whomever can slut it up here and get everyone talking about them, no publicity is bad publicity etc etc.

    But this really backfired because there's a line between slutty and outrageous and plain ole stoopid and pathetic.

    I'm sure Billy Ray is sitting back with his friends and a few packs of Budweiser:

    "That's my girl!" shouts Billy Ray. Then his expression of joy quickly turns to horror.
