THe name and number font is too small. And they are too scrunched up. The numbers should be lower on the jersey....
Just for the record, I watched the WB39 newscast at 9pm and they did show Moochie taking pics in the new jersey, but still no Cato.
WOW. i love these jersey's. i thought the original eastbay pics were nice but i really like the look on the players especially with the shorts. i think the rockets did a great job. this is a nice pic of the unis in full view.
can i just say the new uniforms look AMAZING they are simple, sleak and stunning all at the same time, well done Rockets. gotta get me some (help me out here Timbo??)
That bothered me, too. It's like that Eisho Aisho whatever chick forgot to take into account that most of our players are African-American, and as such have dark skin that makes it kind of difficult to see that the white home unis even have red trim on the collar. Unless you look close, the red kind of blends in with the players' necks, giving the illusion that the neck opening is larger than it really is. Ugh. Uhhh, hello? Anybody home? We got bruthaz on our team, like, duuhhh! You know how when black players wear black socks it looks cool, but when white players try to do the same thing, it looks totally ridiculous? This is the opposite. A possible explanation is that the home unis were designed with the light skinned players (read: YAO) in mind, and how they looked on the rest of the team be damned.
Totally ridiculous? What? That's just your opinion. Anyways...nowadays..they like don't show any of their socks...they keep it low... RIDICULOUS! I like the red ones! Are the jerseys going to get cheaper any time soon?

your lookin at it too much. your reading it too much between the lines. your over analyzing it. i see your point and instead of you proving the designer is ridiculous, you made yourself look ridiculous. dont put race in the issue because there's none. your like that espn insider guy reacting about his racial comments about donovan mcnabb and the rest of the black qb's, black coaches and all that. where is he now, he was fired but espn made it look like he quitted. and we dont want you goin the same path just cause you overanalyzed and you read too much in between the lines of a certain subject.
I was kinda hoping the rocket uniforms would look like the North Carolina type uniform. Red uniform and the side white or silver and the home uniform white with the side red and the front shold be: Houston Houston 3 11 Rockets Rockets
I kinda agree, to an extent. I dont think our city is "cursed", but the lettering is kinda small and the numbers are too small; they should've been bolder. Overall, I like them a lot better than last year's but am kinda disappointed.
