If Ming were 6'11" with a 6'9" wingspan, it would be an issue. Since he is 7'6" with a 7'4" wingspan, it isn't.

Also, look at his weight. 296 is a lot of weight, even for 7'6". Compare him to Shawn Bradley. He's already got 20 pounds on him, and he is still young. I betting he won't be as weak and easy to push around as everyone thinks

Oliver Miller had a 7'7" wingspan.

    Hot damn.

is bradley really 276? if so that's still after 8 or 9 years of putting on weight cause he was nowhere near that coming in to the league. within a couple years ming could be 310 or 315, so he's definitely not a stick.

ESPN lists him at 275. I checked the Mavs official sight and it says 265. So who really knows

Well that sucks. 6' 6 1/2" with shoes on. I guess he probly will end up more of a sg.

He'll play SF a little undersized like Sprewell. Very similar, infact.

maybe, but if a team has a sg hole don't you think he'd be more apt to fill in there? Spree would be more effective at sg, imo.

Spreewell comparison is pretty good. More realistic than the Pierce one that everyone talks about.

I think Butler is a feast or famine type prospect. Wilcox is raw as well. Butler will not make it as an nba SG. Forget about that. He's a 3/4.

Also, I thought a normal wing span matched your height? A 6 foot guy should have a 72 inch wing span?

I had no idea that you had to have an enormous wingspan to be considered a decent draft pick. Here I thought that measurements were only a small issue. Forget court savvy and determination; measurements is where it's at.

Not d-cking on the information(it's good to know), just laughing about the fact that people think caron might not be that good because he's an inch shorter than the stats.

Stats will always be just that. Basketball has many variables and our pick/trade will be very important in many ways. Who's the best fit for Houston? My opinion is Caron Butler at 6'6.2496481009", but that may just be me.

antonio davis is around wilcox's height and is only 230. Wilcox has sticks for legs and is pretty thin through his midsection. The big guns don't really add that much weight to you.

If the arm reach measurement in the list is not a typo, then that explained why Christoffersen was able to block Yoa’s shot during the Chicago workout.

Notice that Christoffersen is listed as 7' 3/4" without shoes and only 7' 1" with shoes. If he had shoes that were 1 and 1/4" thick instead of the 1/4" thick one, he could have an arm reach of 10’ !!!

Maybe we should take a look at Christoffersen as our third center.
