I guess everyone can dream that they own the Rockets or are the GM, but they aren't.

If you burn bridges with your head coach and team, then you probably aren't coming back (especially a place where you get booed).

but, you can always live your dream on NBA2K. :p

Ok so, in this post you did nothing to talk about Mcgrady's play (as usual).

Do you care to be civilized and actually talk about his gameplay? Or do wish to ignore that he is playing well, and continue to come in this thread to bash Mcgrady fans?

What exactly does Yao have to do with T-mac or the Pistons?

    davestrate said this :

So I replied that I would rather have T-mac at this specific time as well. davestrate contributed to the theme of this thread by recongnizing that this was probably T-mac's best performance of the season. He also brought up Yao and I responded to that as well.

I responded to the theme of this thread, and a point he brought up as well.

See tinman, it's not that hard, you should try it sometime. :)

I didn't deny Tmac's performance or that you bringing up that Yao Ming is out.

I just denied your request of him being a Rocket again. Don't you remember? he wanted to leave:

    Scola is right, everybody wins.
The Rockets, the Knicks, and the Pistons get a bunch of random fans on their wagon.

My "request of him being a Rocket again" wasn't a plead for him to come back to Houston. I was just replying to that dude and mentioned that at this specific point in time I would rather have T-mac than Yao.. How hard is that to comprehend?

And btw, I'm not a bandwagon Piston fan. I have, and always will be a fan of Mcgrady no matter where he goes.

Oh my bad, I thought you say I'd rather have Former Rockets player than Current Rockets player, I thought you meant the Rockets.

But I guess you were talking about in general, You'd rather have Tmac with you at the park playing kickball than Yao.

Oh, what if Tmac went to the Utah Jazz? I know the answer.. Tmac!

    You got it tinny.

You can root for a player, no matter what team they're on. I think I have rights like that somewhere?

That first drive, wow that was some good explosion.

But after the first drive, his mentality shows it right there.

Hopping on both feet because mentally he thinks that his knee is not right.

Wow, I didn't know that!! Dude, you are such a genius. But seeing is that you twist everything someone says, it kinda makes you less smart. Moving down from genius to ignorant.

i didn't twist anything, i quoted everything you said.

I just thought it was strange some people were discussing Yao Ming in a Tmac Pistons thread.

There once was a time where Rockets fans didn't like the Utah Jazz, but I guess that time doesn't exist anymore.

I said that I would root for Mcgrady no matter where he went. You said even if he went to the Jazz? And I implied yes. I can root for T-mac to do good, but that doesn't mean I'm rooting for Utah, the team.

For instance, when Landry was traded to the Kings, many fans still rooted for Landry, but that doesn't mean that they are Kings fans.

    You see?

Nothing wrong with being a tracy fan my man. I use to be a huge fan of him with his tenure on the rockets. But when he played against us with the knicks and pistons, I absolutely went against him. I put my hometeam first always. Went through the same dilema with franchise and cat but Dream in Purple just broke my heart!

Lol, you do realize you will not be crucified for being a fan of a player no matter what team he is on right? It is not a sin. TRUST ME.
