weird, he didn't grimace in pain after he landed and then start limping and ask to be subbed out. Something has to be wrong here.

    Hahahaha.

    Pistons are complete ****!

Kuester decides to let him take the 2nd off because he bumped his left knee (he was still moving fine and completely ran off the pain), and a train wreck happens.

I think they may be tanking though.

maybe this caused the whole team to be sad and blow a 25 point lead!

even the Rockets wouldn't blow a 25 point lead!

Everytime he touched the ball he either created a direct score or made an hockey assist. They dont play him in the second half and they lose. NO WONDER. they have no either playmaker of his calibare.

Wow, first time I've seen T-Mac jump like that in years. He is looking better and better.

unfortunately, his team is tanking and they have no need for tmac. he should just start ballhogging

T-Mac is actually in a tough spot. If he starts ball hogging and playing for stats, that might turn potential teams off in the off season because they'll think he can't accept a lesser role. But if he continues at this rate not putting up numbers, teams might think he is done as a player.

I know Detroit was his only choice but it really is a bad team for him right now. The team is clueless and you can tell Hamilton/Prince can't wait to get out of there.

Tracy would be much better suited with the Clippers in my opinion.

Griffin would like playing with him because he can get set up with easy buckets.

    Pistons are just awful.

Clippers are actually looking like a lesser dysfunction than the Pistons. McGrady would be better for their team than "veteran presence" Baron Davis. Baron's just mailing it in. McGrady as listless as he is still has SOMETHING to play for.

    Agreed.

Aminu is still developing so McGrady would have a great chance to start over there as there SFs are pretty weak.

McGrady was running the pick and roll pretty good with Monroe and Wilcox, imagine Griffin.

Anyways, for McGrady, I'm not confident in his scoring ability. He just seems too slow even though he's moving smoothly.

Why on earth does it have to be he ball-hogs for stats or he plays extremely passive as he is currently? Shane Battier is getting more shot attempts per minute than Tracy McGrady, which is nuts. That McGrady doesn't know how to get himself more involved in the offense without ball-hogging does not speak well for his understanding of how to be a team player.

Like I said before, he needs to run harder in transition, be more active going after offensive boards, and have more confidence in attacking the openings when they are available. He doesn't have to be a ball-hog to do that stuff, just play the game.

NBA.com's game recap, good moves and bad moves:

BAD MOVE: Pistons coach John Kuester did not send out Tracy McGrady with the second unit to start the fourth quarter. McGrady contributed six points, four rebounds and two assists in the first half but Kuester opted to give Will Bynum and Austin Daye some playing time. Bynum had two turnovers early in the fourth and Daye went scoreless in four minutes.

Another milestone in his post all-star career.
