I haven't really been watching Pistons games, nor will I plan to, unless my Rockets play them, but how is the artist formerly known as T-Mac been playing so far?

Looking at his stats, he's averaging 8 ppg while having 3 assists per game.

That's not really awe inspiring, but he has been double figures the last week or so, so looks like he's improving.

Is he back or is this just an anomoly?

I haven't heard many trade rumors around him. Do the Pistons plan on keeping him or try trading him?

 

Well, the first 10-15 games Tmac was playing limited minutes and still working his way back so the season stats don't show the bigger picture. Lately Tmac has been playing quite well.

 

That was all the way in how unlucky

 

In the last 6 games he is averaging 15 pts 6 assists 7 boards

How did he miss an alley oop layup?? Just looking at the game track. Now hes 5-11 lol.

 

Will it continue?

I want to see if he can continue this after the trade deadline because I have a feeling he is just trying to showcase himself to be either bought out and sign with a contender or force a trade.

I could see him in a Magic/Bulls/Lakers uniform after the deadline if that's the case.

 

the pistons don't want to trade him. and they're only 3 games or so out of the 8th spot in the east.

and i think it's reasonable to expect tmac to play better, and have a bigger role as the season progresses.
