t-mac has played 36 36 and 38 mins in his last 3 games. it seems as if lately if t-mac gets a days of rest between each ball game that he feels good on the court. Is it too far fetched to predict that t-mac could average 15/5/5 for the second half of the season?

I think T-mac may finally stay relatively healthy now considering he strengthen his core muscles working with tim grover.

The game vs the Heat was a second night of a back to back too which makes it even more impressive.

It might be the feel good NBA story of the year to be honest. As upset as I was when he left the Rockets the way he did I enjoy watching the man again. He kept up and outplayed Lebron on several possessions last night...Now that Lebron was slowed by his ankle injury a little we could see a lack of explosiveness going in certain directions and the result was he missed or got blocked...by T-mac haha.

I'm happy to see that he wasn't as done in this league as I had thought. I've been thinking about possible destinations for him if he does decide to leave Detroit this summer...(although I doubt he will, the more he plays there and plays like this the fans are starting to fall in love with him and vice versa I believe)

I could see him going to various teams for various reasons, the Bulls of course because they need a huge upgrade at the 2 spot and T-mac will take the ballhandling duties away from Rose for portions and he could veteran experience to a young core.

The lakers....this is a special case as the I'm talking about him replacing Fisher. This could mean Brown moves to the starters or T-mac starts at the 1 spot but this would make the taller well...taller and in no way makes the team older...actually younger in fishers case...defensive liability I know but T-mac can't be that much worse than Fisher on the D-end of things.

Pretty nice block. Dude averaged about 2 blocks a game once in his career so it's not really shocking.

I never thought he was done in this league. People said he was a quitter and I never saw that. I just saw someone who would wasn't very smart with his mouth and thought that being honest was a good thing in the world of athletics.

Flaws he has, but just look at what he has done for detroit. They are playing winning ball and have a chance at the playoffs after being the worst team.

It really is a shame we shipped him off on bad terms.

It's not winning ball, when their record is 0.362. It's not much different than last year, when they had a 0.329 record and the year before that they had a 0.476 record with mostly the same cast.

Let me know when it gets over 0.500, then we can talk about winning ball.

It's funny how T-Mac gets held for helping the Pistons get to winning ball with a 0.362 record, while Rockets suck with a record around 0.460.

    Yep.

The TMac dead enders only see what they want to see.

Detroit is totally irrelevant and is a team looking to make big changes. Nobody expects them to win anything so winning here or there is magnified.

He hasn't made the team better, has had alot of off nights and is still the same dog on defense.

What team thats really trying to compete is going to have him starting at the one?

I'll only be amazed if he doesn't get hurt again

That's not amazing. It's the status quo. Get injured, come back, get injured again. Amazing is if he stays healthy for a full season.
