I like the double standard imposed on Tracy that nobody else receives.

Tracy does bad = He sucks and is a douchebag.
Tracy does good = He had a lucky game and is a douchebag.
Tracy consistently does good = He's a douchebag, I don't need a reason to hate him.
Tracy dies = HOORAY.

You are ****ing stupid. A hobbled Tracy can still wipe your ass on the floor. Pretty much anyone in the NBA can. Why hate? Can you do better? No, you can't. That's why you're posting on Clutchfans not playing in the NBA or any other competitive/recreational league.

Do you think T-mac's emergence has led to Rip's complete benching?

I think Stuckey and T-mac work well as the start backcourt as opposed to any other partners Stuckey can have. And then BG is better coming off the bench (historically and currently) then Hamilton. Essentially Hamilton's inability to pass and dribble with Stuckey stagnates the offence and has led to T-mac playing alot more

 

Rip started having attitude problems when he first got benched (before T-Mac got significant minutes). This coupled with the recent trade rumors involving him, it sort of makes sense.

Ok i had to rewatch Tracy Mcgrady's last game against the Kings before he got hurt. At first i thought mcgrady wasnt really moving as well as he did the previous game. But when i rewatched it he looked fine(aside from one blown defensive assignment,a sloppy undecisive second iso, and running through countless picks on the defensive end).

I dont know whether it is the Pistons or Mcgrady but why did it take them near the 8 to 7 min mark to go to Mcgrady. I dont count bringing the ball up the court and calling a play. I didnt see any pick n rolls with Mcgrady and i only saw two attempts at an iso situation. And those two attempts came after everybody in the starting lineup got an iso play called for them. Why is that? Is mcgrady the one calling the plays and avoiding himself until he feels confident? I know it was still early in the game but i dont understand why Mcgrady doesnt try to get it going early.Maybe he could have with the first iso but Charlie V cant pass, he only scores.

 

On his behalf he made a good point.people can't have the humility to give credit for the guy when he does do well and do too much to talk down. Get over it, this thread is to celebrate a guy who yes; has had his best days behind him; and yes, did have some ego issues BUT when he comes back from 'major' and Multiple surgeries, and can do well how is that not endearing? He swallowed his pride and does what ever Detroit wants him to do whether I be a bench player or starter and he's a good teamate.
