Tinman, seriously??? You have stated more then 1000 times that you ate Tracy McGrady with a passion, you have called him a quitter multiple times, we know what you have said about him. Who cares what people say about him??

Are you mad that someone stated he's better then Kobe??? Who gives, it's there own opinion and what you and I know is Kobe is better

Seriously, if you are going to hijack a thread when the dude is playing his best ball since like 3 years ago, that's complete shady.

If Yao ends up signing somewhere else, there will be a damn thread in the NBA dish. I will be in there, you will be in there, we will be supporting him even if he is on another team. Only when/if hes facing the Rockets, we will hope Yao loses.

Tracy is playing the way I thought he was best used. I always said with rafer and shane, it was kinda the worse combo to play with him even during his best days. He's a facilitator by nature as is rafer. He is also a ok shooter and rafer is a terrible shooter. So when he and rafer played together, taking the ball out of either one those guys hands took away one of their best gifts.

When the rockets were searching for a pg, I mentioned gordon.Why? Gordon is a sg in a pg body, but he strong and quick enough to guard pg's. Obviously gordon went to detroit, but whne the rockets got brooks, that was the type of guy to play with mcgrady. A guy who could still play pg, but could play off the ball. Thats why when I said a couple of years ago mcgrady was pushing to get brooks in the starting lineup, the rift occured with rafer. In all honesty, if mcgrady were in between brooks and martin right now, the offense would be even better imo. Of course that wont happen, I'm just saying.

I never said I hate T-mac the person, I just think his fans are on crack if they think he's better than Kobe.

 

Did I at any point say he was better than Kobe? Find the post where I said that. Don't put my post on display and call me a mcgrady only fan because I've been a devoted Rockets fan on this board for a while.

I, like a lot of people, on this board would like to see Mcgrady do well. Doesen't make us delusional.

 

And I just think self righteous b****es who judge other Rockets fans as Tof are on crack.

 

I didn't say you specifically. There are Tmac Fans that I believe are smart, you and tmac_1 and probably a few others, but others are on crack like that character on chappelle show

 

Honestly, I don't think there is any single poster on this BBS who is more obsessed with Tracy McGrady than tinman.

Lol this thread is amusing to me. The other day I had this brief exchange with my dad when Sports Center highlights showed what a great game Tracy had against Boston:

Me: Wow, that’s really awesome for Tracy. I hope he ends up on a better team next year.
Dad: NO. I want him to be on the worst team out there.
Me: (laughing) Why?
Dad: Because I don’t like him.
Me: (laughs again)
End of conversation.

You see, I already know why my dad doesn’t like T-Mac, and it’s for many of the same reasons the T-Mac haters on here have mentioned… so he didn’t feel the need to go on and on and ON about it. And he would never even THINK to go spend time in a T-Mac thread because he genuinely doesn’t care for him! I can actually respect his opinion on the subject more because of that. I really just don’t see the point in annoying people about something they enjoy.

 

it would be funny at a Pistons game if someone wearing a T-mac Pistons jersey was walking down the aisle with his lemonade and box of skittles and accidentally gets elbowed by a someone wearing a Piston's Laimbeer jersey!

it's interesting that so many people are thinking tmac is playing great.

he plays in detroit people. the worst team in basketball (they're pretty bad). they signed him because he took the minimum - and he's just barely starting to play well enough to get into the rotation? coming back from injury or no... he took THAT long to play better than some of the scrubs on detroit?

up til the last few weeks, detroit couldn't even count on him to play an entire game. he's played over 30 minutes THREE times this year.

Please show me one perosn that said Tracy now or the past few years was better than Kobe. If anything people were saying a prime Tracy was better than Kobe and by saying that I dont think that makes them on crack.

 

On the brightside, He hasn't missed a game. We are hoping for Grant Hill here, not a Christmas Miracle...
