    I have him as my 6th man in Boston (playing Celtics). He won 6th man of the year award last season and he averaged like 15 ppg, 3 ast and 4 reb.

    I also found that funny, given that he said the exact same thing 2 weeks before announcing his microfracture surgery.

    tmac is done, not even a reduced role as a point forward will be effective. he needs SOME speed to even do that

    He can't defend his position, he's not a good shooter, and he can't move up and down. Simply put, he can't help teams win with so many deficiencies, point forward or not. He needs to retire.

    McGrady is a really weird person.

    2008 playoffs, his knee was totally banged up and he actually moved fluidly.

    Shouldn't surgery improve that knee???

    Seems like the surgery has made his knee even worse and his explosion is just lost.

    Microfracture surgery is tough to recover from. Most players do recover, Tracy hasn't.
