Of course you know all of that better than I do. As I said I was too little to understand LOL. 1999 kinda means something to me because I was at one of those games (even if I didn't know what the heck was going on).
I try to educate (and I'll talk baseball with most anybody). Sometimes I'll frustrate, motivate and/or castigate, but mainly the first part.
Altuve's not trippin on Breg or Yuli.... or at least he claims (wink wink) If Pressly was eligible, he's mad Jose snatched his save chance
Stros best hitters this season are The AL's Altuve and Alvarez The AL's = Killer B's ??? Name isn't as fancy but championships = f*** fancy
Glad to hear.... and hopefully his increasing success happens But his OPS is 100 points lower than both the aforementioned The AL's
IIRC, as of a few days ago the Stros were the only team in MLB with 4 players with an OPS over .800 (that should tell you a whole lot about the dead ball effect). As of now it's 3 (Altuve, Yordan, Tucker) with Brantley and Pena sitting on the outside by .00X
Baggy mentioned this weekend that Mike's Dad (and hitting coach) made a visit this week. Apparently they found and corrected something in his stance, hopefully that unlocks the Dr. Smooth swing we've marveled at these past few seasons. Maybe Beltran can do the same for Yuli when we see him in NYC
