That's the 3rd run he's saved with his glove in the 8 or so games I've watched.

Is it me, or does it seem like there as been inordinate amount of bloop/ grounder trickle hits against the Astros to start the season? It seems like every game has at least two hits that are flares just over the infield, or slow rollers that find there way in between Ensberg and the pitcher. It gets really frustrating.

This is looking like a Brad Lidge type of game.

I heard something on the radio on the way home, not sure I heard this correctly though. Do the astros have a stick horse in the dugout for Lee to ride when he hits a homerun?

Damn, Lee sure looked like Gary Sheffield on that single.

Yes, and he rode it in the dugout right after that homerun tonight. :D

Berkman has been a disapointment so far this season, but no doubt he'll turn it around.

    But Lee! Holy Crap! :D

Well that better get some coverage on SportsCenter or Baseball Tonight. Especially when they shafted his 3 homer game in favor of Bonds's 2 homer night.

The horse was given to Carlos by some fans. He told them he'd ride it if he hit a homerun. He did and he did. Very funny to see.

Army, the Marlins pitcher had a torn callous on his hand that forced him out of the game.

Is he going to do it all season, or was that just for last night's game?

Interesting the way the clubhouse is evolving now that Bagwell is retired. I doubt he would have stood for a player riding a stick horse after a homerun were he still in the dugout.

When I first heard El Caballo, I thought it was ghey, but after careful consideration and hearing it a couple of times around friends and SC, it's caught on...I embrace it...:)

Great win...Now we need Lance to start getting hot...

Lee is the real deal, he may be worth the money. Once Berkman gets going, those two are going to be a pitcher's nightmare.
