Yordan hat tricks to end it:(

Ten games under .500. Low water mark of the season.

    Put a fork in them.

It would be really nice if we would stop losing baseball games.

It would also be really nice if we cleaned house of Joe Espada and Dana Brown. I’m just tired of those clowns.

They would have to go 65-55 in their remaining 120 games to go 81-81. That would be a good run. Problem is, that ain’t happening. They’re toast in 2026.

Yep. If the Astros don’t win 4 of their next 5 they will have all but eliminated their chances of making the playoffs. It’s mid May but tomorrow is as much of a must win as you can get this early.

It's close, really close, so close you can almost see it, that's getting it warmer, real warm, uncomfortably warm, a couple more like that up there and the Jenga may do its thing.....

Maybe we need the Houston Chronicle to drop another Grave Stone article.

The Astros aren't out of anything to do with standings or the hole they've dug. Being 4 games out of a playoff spot in early May is absolutely nothing.

They are out of it because they aren't a good baseball team, or good organization. It's just the natural completion of the clear trend we've seen the last 4 seasons. The established MLB talent has just been maintaining a false sense of "still the same Astros"

I agree, at this point I am looking to see how we get out of this without quality pitching. Any offense will have ebbs and flow, and this offense sucks right now, at the start of the season we were somewhat disciplined even Altuve`s free swinging a$$, now were desperate and it shows. Once again injuries have derailed us and the young guys as well as the vets are STRUGGLING. We are who we are, a below .500 baseball team, it sucks and TBH its hard to watch because I am not accustomed to this version of my Astros. I hope Crane looks at EVERYTHING over the next few months, I think were sellers at the break.............It's hard to get overly mad as I have become so spoiled over the past decade, maybe it's time to have a bad year and re-tool, but please Joe has to go sooner rather than later, what he did to Hunter on day 1 should have been enough to get him fired and his use of pitchers is HORRIBLE
