    It's been awhile but I feel like I remember the umps knew it bounced that time too but as long as it didn't hit the ground, it's a HR. Fan interference may have been what voided this HR as it was touched before it bounced over the yellow line.

    Ground rules are pretty clear... it can’t bounce and then go over the wall.

    Unless they changed the ground rules after the Alou play... right call ended up being made (there wasn’t any fan interference called).

    Yes.... that player isn’t a part of the ground rules.

    It can also bounce off the players glove, arm, back, ear....
