    Hinch is that supervisor we have all had at one time or another who is too conflict averse to tell anyone they are doing anything wrong.
    He is right out of central casting to play the part of some timid substitute teacher who gets a kick me sign taped to his back.
    You would think he would make up for his weak, passive personality with good baseball acumen, but the guy is as dumb as a rock concerning baseball.
