Ya should have somebody, anybody warming though. Pulled it off by the skin of their teeth, I'll take it.

Good win. I enjoyed it. Winning by multiple runs was getting boring.

All Pig Tiger had to do on that 1st pitch was rotate his massive ass about 20 degrees clockwise and it's a tie game.

That game was much more...uh...eventful than I expected in the 2nd inning. I need a drink.

Curious where our offense ranks in the AL. We've been putting up lots of runs.

really nothing hinch could have done differently tonight even if gregerson blew it.

managed the bullpen fine. heck, i probably would've yanked feliz after the homer and the heart of their order coming up, but he got through that too.

I wonder how our friend would describe Feliz performance tonight and how Hinch screwed the pooch?

I thought the Astros never win when the Rangers lose.

Anyway, a couple of weeks ago there were all the doom and gloom scenarios if the Rangers were to simply play .500 ball the rest of the year the Astros would have to play at some unheard of level. Well, now if the Rangers play .500, the Astros only have to play at around a .580 clip.

Really nice to see these guys turn it around after abysmal start to the season. Especially Keuchel and Gomez. It was beginning to look like the Rangers were gonna run away with the division.

The division is beginning to look like it's still in play. The Ranger's pitching staff is serving up batting practice to teams more times than not lately.

well, to be fair...that's still a big "if".

The Astros are at a 0.541 winning rate for the season, so we'd have to keep up our torrid rate. And having the Rangers go 0.500 is still a tough task, since they are very talented.

Having said that, we have this in the bag.
