    As if Reed wasn't gonna get pitched inside enough given his size, the fact that he can do that to anything away is gonna drive pitchers exclusively down or in.

    That's the adjustment he's gonna have to make.

    Quick thought on Reed:

    His HR swing this past inning was very reminiscent of Berkman. It wasn't some big power swing (a la Valbueba, Gomez, etc), rather it looks like he just let the backspin carry it out. Great to see. Linedrives + backspin can be a beautiful thing when you're as big as Reed.

    Side note, are people still freaking out over his 2nd-4th career games?

    Still not pitching like a Cy young winner, but this is now 4 straight solid outings for Keuchel, and 7 of his last 8.

    I think at 100 pitches, he is done. If he had been at 92-95, I'm pretty sure he'd come out for the 7th.
