God, how I wish, but no. I'm just very adept at finding spoilers online, and then I post them here. The spoiler button was made for people like me.
It's the answer to Da-Glyde's question. Seriously, if you don't want to know, don't click it. If you find yourself lacking in willpower, click the below spoiler button below as your "sweet release". Spoiler Kate is hot.
Speaking of Kate. I thought it was a classic moment last night when she was changing clothes and Sawyer took a peak. His heart started racing... Not that I could blame him. My wife kept looking at me (during that scene) with that evil look.... But your right. Kate is just hot!!! She looked great in that dress. I had heard they were going to have some (love) story line with her and the new golfer dude.. Do not think that constitues a spoiler.
Also when the others heard that they had a boat they were "scared"and said: "they could find us". which indicates that they really are on another island which can be found with a boat. ok i haven't clicked on the spoiler of VesceySux lets see if i have enough will power to not click on the spoiler at all.
If Vecsey's comment is true, it isn't that shocking... (now you KNOW you want to click it) Also, I thought season 1 was great, but season 2 pissed me off. Not enough answers, and too many more questions. Plus, I found out that even the writers had no idea where they were going, so I fully expect a "Matrix 3" ending that some idiot writes up. Too many variables keep getting tossed in lieu of more questions. And the fact that Henry Gale was written in as a bit part, but they determined he was a good actor, so they made him the leader just again tells me that the writers are clueless more than 3 episodes in advance. (although I assume the bearded big guy from the end of season 1 would have been the leader, otherwise) That said, Season 3 has been very good, IMO. They are at least letting us know about certain things they first created. I'm fully expecting a truly disappointing end when all is said and done, but what else is new? Can anyone tell me a great ending to a dramatic series, ever?
I do not really remember a lot about that serie but i thought "nowhere man"had a great shocking ending. Does anybody remeber that serie? that being said, i also expect to be disapointed, i do not see how it can be different, but untill that time i will enjoy the ride And thanks now i really want to read the spoiler.
I can tell you a great ending to a series that I hated. Little House on the Prairie annoyed the hell out of me. But when it finally went off the air at the end of the show The whole Engels family, and everyone else blew up the entire town with dynamite. That's the way to end a show!. Blow the whole setting to smithereens. It was hilarious.
Finally got around to this weeks episode. I wish we had started a drinking game. Everytime Sawyer (James Ford) gets hit in the face or hits someone in the face you chug. I would love to go back and look but it's close to every episode the show has ever done, Sawyer has his ass kicked. Colleen's husband just litereally pounds him in the face 5 times as hard as his grief can drive his fists....and, the next day Sawyer walks up the mountain with his heart rate only hitting 124. And that only weeks into a gutshot. If the Island cured Locke's legs and the black lady's cancer, why won't it cure Benjamin's tumor? I don't remember the exact quote in reference to the sub, but my impression was that it was an outside element, like Dharma Corp. not that the others could use it to move between the islands. It seems that the others are the remnents of the long abandoned Dharma Initiative, doctors and staff abandoned or quarentined after some type of failure or contamination. I'm betting quarantined because, they have to have direct communications with the outside world to get the background information on the Losties but yet they aren't taken off the island. And someone is still providing supplies. Maybe they are the Lepers of Molokai.
My simple take: Spoiler The magical healing properties are only on the Losties' island, not the Others' island. Or perhaps, for some reason, the Losties' island has the opposite effect on the Others, making them sick instead of better (which is why they don't spend too much time there). Maybe Ben's prolonged stay on the Losties' island as a prisoner led to the development of a tumor? Total stab in the dark.
never thought it that way. i was thinking more like how the huge magnet acted as a source of "cure", and now that they blew it up, people are going to get sick again. and i dont think its ben who has the tumor, that would be really obvious, and the creator trys to steer away from the obvious.
I remember they ran, but couldn't that have been to the sub, and then running again after the sub ride?
i don't remember seeing an eyepatch someone said it was one of the survivors they're giving her a new part... i guess we'll find out tonight.
They ran at separately in different directions. Goodwin came from the jungle, not the beach, and that's how he told Ana Lucia there was a man stuck in the tree. If he went in a sub, he would have had to been wet because subs are limited in how close they can approach a beach. He wasn't wet and that's one of the ways Ana knew he wasn't on the plane.
Maybe the others do have houses and live on the main island but hold captive/do experiments on the second island.
