    Not really calling a place hickville isn't calling an entire race anything, and isn't at all racist.

    Hickville isn't a racist term. Hickville means they are country/rural, they are behind on the times, usually behind with technology, they tend to have old fasioned viewpoints. Even blacks can live and be part of hickville - it has nothing to do with skin color T_J. Nice try tho.
