The keywords is The Last 40 Years.
    Education is a dumpster fire
Student aid is a noose around most college graduates
Voting falls under the same umbrella in which the loser always whinges about election interference.

What your basically saying is Democrats style of socialism is more aligned with failed countries who adopt full socialism - Pull the majority down to the lowest common denominator and then claim equality.

Do you believe black communities have made significant progress in the last 40 years?

All of these issues are in the last 40 years.

You can claim that education is a dumpster fire. But Democrats work to support education funding.

    Here's some reading on that.

    https://uncf.org/perceptions-the-african-american-communitys-views-on-k-12-education-sample

When it comes to voting. Republicans have specifically said that they wanted to make it harder for black voters.

What I'm saying is that Democrats work more for issues that a majority of black voters list as concerns. You can complain about socialist nations and whatever you wish, but that doesn't address what you were mentioning.

I asked that if you don't consider those issues things being done to benefit blacks, what is a policy that a party could take to benefit blacks?

I don't think the government should be targeting certain classes. The Democrats before 1980 removed those barriers. It was the right thing to do, obviously. However the Democrat party prior to 1980 is not the same as the current democrat party.

Back to my question, which you did not answer - Do you think the black communities have made massive strides since 1980? Your response is such that you claim Democrats continue to throw money at black communities (schools), and like many social programs, the ROI is very small. The modern Democrat party should stop acting like they are the party that removed the barriers from the first half of the 1900's. Perhaps you should come to terms the Democrat party has become the elitist privileged party of the middle and upper class, specifically in the white demographics.

Certainly. There have been huge strides in black communities. That is true in terms of employment, reduction in child poverty, number of people with health coverage, etc.

I and others have already posted several times how much war was happening including with direct US involvement while Trump was in office. The world is as not as peaceful as y’all like to portray it was.

Trump certainly isn’t a neocon as
In a Wilsonian sense of US power to change the World but as his actions in Syria and statements to allies regarding paying shows he views US power in terms of a protection racket.

The black middle class has SKYROCKETED in the 90s. It has only gotten better since. Many of the improvements are a DIRECT result of progress pushed by Democrats.

It's a false rumor. I am doing my duty to ensure everyone knows of the false propaganda getting tossed around. Some people struggle figuring these things out on their own. Harris campaign strong as ever and sharp as a tack.

More than 90 business leaders endorse Kamala Harris for president

Wall Street and corporate America are not exactly known for embracing uncertainty, a characteristic possibly at play as more than 90 business leaders on Friday announced they are backing Kamala Harris for president, saying the vice president would "continue to advance fair and predictable policies that support the rule of law, stability and a sound business environment."

The Democrat's election "is the best way to support the continued strength, security and reliability of our democracy and economy," the current and former corporate heads — a former professional basketball player among them — stated on Friday in jointly endorsing the Democratic presidential nominee.

Among those signing the letter released to CBS News: billionaire Mark Cuban, Earvin "Magic" Johnson and former 21st Century Fox CEO James Murdoch. Laurene Powell Jobs, widow of former Apple CEO Steve Jobs and head of the Emerson Collective, is also supporting Harris, along with the former heads of American Express, Merck, Starbucks and Yahoo.

We endorse Kamala Harris's election as President of the United States.

Her election is the best way to support the continued strength, security, and reliability of our democracy and economy. With Kamala Harris in the White House, the business community can be confident that it will have a President who wants American industries to thrive. As a partner to President Biden, Vice President Harris has a strong record of advancing actions to spur business investment in the United States and ensure American businesses can compete and win in the global market. She will continue to advance fair and predictable policies that support the rule of law, stability, and a sound business environment, and she will strive to give every American the opportunity to pursue the American dream.

No, dude. Educate yourself and stop blindly following whatever Trump tells you to believe. Here is the kicker - every time Trump accuses someone of something nefarious, he's usually the one doing it. If he becomes POTUS, after he removes civil servants and replace them with MAGA loyalists, as he's planning to, he'll order the Labor Department to lie to the American people.

    https://www.factcheck.org/2024/08/trump-calls-a-routine-revision-of-job-numbers-a-lie/

While the revision would be sizable, there have been other large revisions in the past. The annual revision for 2019, under Trump, was a reduction of 514,000 jobs, or -0.3% of the initial March 2019 employment estimate. The 2009 revision was a reduction of 902,000, or -0.7% of the original March 2009 estimate.

We asked the Trump campaign for support for his claims that the original BLS estimates were somehow fraudulent and his claim that the preliminary revision estimate “got leaked” before the election. We didn’t get a response.

The agency’s summer release of the preliminary estimate tracks with the same procedure it has followed for years, including during Trump’s administration.
