Other instances involved actual rescue despite Hamas trying to resist and kill all whether it be rescuers or hostages .. the rescue attempts that worked with a positive outcome was not because your dear Hamas decided to peacefully let hostages go. Due to the prior IDF success, Hamas now is conditioned to rescue attempts. Months ago could have been different certainly
What we do know is that when IDF went in the hostages were killed. IDF not going in isn't what got them killed. Hamas are ultimately responsibile, not the Vice President of the United States. People pushing that narrative only show their true motivation and it isn't saving hostages.

There is no way to know whether the IDF could’ve rescued them earlier and likely it’s the same result.
