Great post, just wanted to add: pretty much every ethnic group, except for whites, votes as a group. And, they usually vote for Big Government.

Good for her. I’m not sure what the anecdotal experience of the poorest of the poor working poor should show. All I ever said was many of us are workers and many of us can invest.

I’m not a “Trumpista” I’m someone who believes in fiscal responsibility a great great deal both in public life and in my private life.

The idea that you need to be a wealthy person to enjoy the fruits of the US economy is nonsense.

I recently got done reading a book called, “Millionaire teacher” by Andrew Hallam. Which, in summary, describes how a teacher builds a million dollar portfolio by the time he is 40 by making intelligent decisions and living modestly and yes making financial sacrifices while he is young.

Opportunities like that might not be open to the poorest of us but they are open to a huge percentage of us. It’s not just the wealthy who can use the market. Unfortunately many do not take advantage.

I guess you are saying we should be more tolerant of the Charlottesville types? But as terrible as White Supremacist were then, and they literally lynched black people, blew up black churches and used poll taxes to prevent blacks from voting, these days we have mass shooting, and very sophisticated gerrymandering and voter suppression. You can't tolerate any acceptance or growth, it's got to be nipped cold. And Trump is dog whistle promoting it because his those people vote for him, never for Democratic candates.

But the number of attacks from right-wing extremists since 2014 has been greater than attacks from Islamic extremists

"MATERPIECE POST" lol. Trader Jorge lacks the self awareness to know that he reveals once again that he is a racist. Possibly he might not mind as he may self identify himself as some sort of white nationalist. In Jorge's thinking only superior ethic types like him and the Nordics ( he probably views them as Aryans as an infamous German leader did). are not lazy takers only seeking handouts..

You're determined to see bogeymen; and use that to beat up Trump. Oh well. People are becoming increasingly aware of the tactic.

RE: Charlottesville -- yes, if you believe in free speech, you have to tolerate speech you don't like.

You might want to look up the case of Skokie, Illinois, where actual Nazis (at least dressed like them) were allowed to march. It actually ended up hurting their cause, while advancing the cause of free speech at the same time.

The mass shooting at the SC church was horrible, but I almost place that under the category of growing mental illness and extremists and mass shootings, which have all stripes these days, as much as anything.

I'll concede this: there's growth of all kinds of extreme groups these days, but that's true from left to right, and a lot of things in between.

The stats back him up, it's an honest post and one the majority of educated Americans acknowledge . If self sustaining initiatives , non violent resourcefulness and respect for society are shown by all groups then the politics goes away and more socialist programs are easily implemented, but over hundreds of years the same issues keep arising. Of course, democrats aren't really hinting at socialism, but a fairer distribution of income and the right wants to scare people into Mussolini, Stalin and Chavez. Using ad hominem attacks is typical of the far left when confronted with honest , intelligent opinions .... and a huge reason why Trump is on his way to getting re elected. If you want the left to win this one, stop talking!

Ah, the racism card -- the last refuge of an in incompetent debater. GLynch cannot articulate even the most basic defense of his socialism fantasy. My argument does not even mention race, and is in no way based on race. All races have many types of economic actors, some rationale and some irrational. Some selfish and others self-sacrificial. Watch the news on Venezuela -- the latest failed socialism experiment in South America. Hunger, crime, government oppression. That example alone should kill the socialism movement for decades, if people were intelligent. Meanwhile Europe, while more stable, struggles to grow as their economic incentives are muted by high taxation and their businesses are strangled by over-regulation.

But tell me GLynch, who is racist? The man who wants all Americans of all races to have the right to buy a gun? The man who believes all Americans are responsible and smart enough to locate their ID card to vote? The man who trusts all Americans to use their money as they so direct? The man who believes all babies of all races should have the chance to live? Or the politicians who believe that minorities are incapable of responsibly owning guns, locating their ID to vote, managing their money, or raising children, so they need the government to step in? Conservative principles are color blind. Equal opportunity for all - trust in individual liberty - fear and suspicion of the government.

    GOOD DAY

And you are determined not to.
Hate speech is not free speech, inciting violence is not free speech

Thankfully, we don't have stupid hate speech laws, like the cucked Euros do. They're just a tool to stifle political opposition.

BTW, Trump is my president, and yours too. Just Hillary would have been, had she won.

He's a lying narcissistic con man with no communication skills , as no sense of civility or appropriateness of the office, and is so lacking in public administration skills that he can't fill the Executive offices with anyone of competence. He engages is puffery and self aggrandizement, panders to low information voters, purposely stirs **** to cover for his weakness and avoids all the conventions of the former holders of the office, but yeah, as utterly embarrassing as it is for the nation, and democracy in general I guess till we can rid ourselves him, he is.

the crazy thing is not that this story is made up (it certainly is), it's that he thinks it reflects well on him

Biden really and truly is appearing to be senile. Yesterday he told a group of donors that Margaret Thatcher called him to voice concerns about President Trump. Yes, the same Margaret Thatcher that left office in 1990 and DIED in 2013.

When Biden starts to slide, it won't be pretty, and there will be no way to reverse course. Frontrunner status is really tough in a crowded field. Heck, it was tough for Hillary when it was just her and Bernie. I think Kamala Harris should just bide her time, keep those knee pads at the ready, and upon Biden's fall, be ready to service, excuse me, serve, as the Democratic nominee.

    GOOD DAY

Biden also told donors that he’s heard from 14 heads of state from around the world who’ve voiced concerns to him about Trump. That list included Margaret Thatcher, he said, before correcting what he called a “Freudian slip,” that he was actually referring to current British Prime Minister Theresa May.

That is a brave and honest speech, kudos to Joe. Communities are engaged in denial, you see it on here with the less intelligent... and it hurts them the most.

Although Future Majority is not required to disclose its donors, the group told Politico it is backed by Democratic megadonors Philip Munger, Dan Tierney and Keith Mestrich. Munger has already given to 2020 hopefuls — the maximum $5,600 to Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-Minn.) and $5,600 to Rep. Eric Swalwell’s (D-Calif.) congressional committee. Tierney has given to four 2020 Democrats thus far — $2,800 to former U.S. Rep. Beto O’Rourke(D-Texas) and U.S. Sen. Kamala Harris (D-Calif.) and $5,600 to Klobuchar and Pete Buttigieg.
