If your QB can move you roll away from pressure to buy time.

But yes, they are outcoaching right now....the Texans are not playing good offensive football.....too predictable, and no creativity at all.

Sanchez looks great, he is moving around, buying time and making plays.

Schaub, he stands straight up and gets battered.

It looks like 3 out of 4 teams in our division will have a loss.

The NFL is just so hard to predict. Idk if I can take a 0-2 start..

And thank you Dunta for being selfish and NOT being ready for todays game

How is that not a horsecollar? Schaub may not have been moving upfield, but he was moving forward. His legs still went under.

in an obscure passage in the Bible it says that, in hell, you'll be forced to root for a team that keeps drafting defensive linemen, and still can't get pressure on the quarterback.

Because fans keep attacking the QB thinking its all his fault, or they attack the coach and say its all their fault... and the organization gives into that thinking and replaces both of them.

And then they still have Chester Pitts manning that o-line. I know he's been ok in his career, but he's getting manhandled today.

BTW - the O line is not that bad, they are losing to the blitz, the Jets are sending more than we have blocking.

A good QB takes advantage of that and hits the HOT route.

The Jets are getting far more pressure, and faster pressure, on Schaub than the Texans are getting on Sanchez.

combination of a clueless owner who hires a coaching staff/front office people based on "Texas" values and not on merit.

It's more than that -- a good offensive coordinator actually calls slants, go routes and downfield plays that cause a defense not to keep eight men in the box. The Texans aren't drawing up anything that isn't within 10 yards of the line. It's unbelievable.

If you just watch individual battles, it's clear that our O-line is getting schooled.

It's not just the blitz. It looks like we're small and soft and getting abused.

No more excuses this year. If this team cannot at the very least, produce a winning record, Kubiak should be gone. And this game is exactly why.

So envious of the Titans at times...you can never question their toughness and their readiness under Fisher.

Well it looks like well struggle early vs physical defensive teams then chew up the middle of our schedule vs weak squads and finally play respectfully vs playoff teams at the end only to finish.....8-8

    NO NO NO NO NO

nothing has stopped the texans from being able to pick or sign and develop offensive linemen by getting matt schaub. this is a gigantic red herring.

    **andre** lol

i'm sure they're fine when they're "off the field." but most athletes actually have some pride/competitive fire when they're playing (if you saw andre's face after the jets' last score). this is what they have played since kids, and to do nothing when you know you're an all-world receiver, that's gonna freakin' piss you off.

The entire offensive scheme should have adjusted to the Jets by now, and they haven't.

The Texans current gameplan is getting eaten alive... the Jets were ready for it. And the Texans are the ones who haven't adjusted yet.
