Sanchez looked bad early on, but he has been pretty good in the 3rd. I don't think he is better than shaub, but he doesn't have to be.
Will Houston teams ever catch a break? The Astros suck, the Texans are playing terrible football on their first game of the season. Will the Rockets be enough to save us from sports hell?
now let's just wait for us to get a couple of scores in garbage time against their 2nd and 3rd string players so folks can say "hey we made a game out of it, we're not that bad" yeah right. i'd rather have no nfl team than this one.
Damn, what's up with the Texans? They better get it in gear. I traded S. Jackson for Slaton and this is making me nervous although I'm still winning my game so far this week.
Look like! They more than look like it, they apparently are along with the management team. They have had how many years to do get this right? A rookie QB (in the NFL!!!! no less) and a rookie coach come in and make them look like they don't know what they are doing! On second thought, that might not be that hard to do.
mr. mcnair are you really a billionaire? "The best way to get fans excited is not to pick who they want in the draft," he says. "It's winning football games." that's great, but what about our amateur coaching staff who do not put our players in a position to compete?
Hopefully the Dynamo can redeem Houston sports today. I've had the game on, but have been trained after so many years of poor play to not really watch. They can only get the ball to Andre Johnson on the first play of the game and then ignore him? Ridiculous. Steve Slaton's confidence goes up in the air with that fumble, but it's not like the running game was doing much of anything to start with. Matt Schaub is making Mark Sanchez look like Peyton Manning today. I hope the whole season doesn't go like this, because I am starting to doubt how much longer the Houston fan base is going to take every season being marketed as "the one" only to a laughingstock. Texans have the ball now, lets see if we can even score.
