Maybe they should just let the ball bounce for a touchback. Certainly easier to get to 20 if the return game will continue to suck.

 

Can Jacoby or Manning not return kickoffs might as well let the ball bounce in end zone every kickoff.

he's certainly a fill in. No sense in using one of the real starters as a returner now, i.e. manning or Jacoby. His first return wasn't so bad but he's not fast enough to get run sideways like he did...just run up in it and take what you can
