The question is - will he settle out of court or drag this into the mud?

That was the first guy that popped into my head, but he never really played very close to Houston. I mean Denver? That's close?

These are my thoughts as well. This happened almost a year ago. Moses supposedly has all of this evidence, and he claims that this isn't about money, but about holding Harden accountable. Why isn't Harden being criminally charged like the 4 guys who beat up Moses? If Harden was the one who ordered the hit, then that's a serious crime....

You have "evidence" that Harden was involved in this crime and u want to sue him for it?

according to sauces: TMZ has obtained the following exclusive facetime video of James Harden's subtle nonverbal response at the strip club to Darian Blount's suggestion that "we can mess that dude up" . . . .

    Yeah, I think it's a frivolous lawsuit.

That's what it seems like. 4 guys attack me, and they're criminally charged. I have "evidence" that a 5th guy had ordered and paid them to do so which is a very serious crime, so I sue him? Huh?

That's how bosses work. When its time to round up the suspects the cops can only get dirt on the small fish, who have been paid to take the wrap

I mean It worked for the guy in LA right? Harden paid him off.

Seems like an easy way to get money given Harden's reputation

I mean, Moses is the one who said he had evidence that Harden had ordered the hit and paid his attackers 20k. That would be a lot of dirt. His "evidence" must not be that strong or credible tho.

5k each dude, James probably has that in his beard, I'm pretty sure he didn't pay them with cheques. So without proof of financial exchange there is no evidence. I am surprised however that they haven't subpoenaed a certain someone that I don't want to name because I don't know if Moses is on CF, but if you've ever seen James out in public you know who I'm talking about.

This will just be another cluster**** thats gonna end with money changing hands... and the rest of us never knowing for certain what actually transpired...

Those that think james was involved will say 'see he paid him $X to get away with it...'
Those that think James is innocent will say 'that's chump change to james and worth it to be rid of the nuisance...'

and it will be an issue of debate going forward with no real proof of anything either way... kinda like game 6... ;)

At least when barkley had a beef... he threw the mf through the window himself... and made no apologies or denials...

`What [police and witnesses) said happened, happened,'' Barkley said. ``What he did was inappropriate. I'm going to defend myself. Let there be no debate. If you bother me, I'm going to whip your ass. The guy threw ice in my face, and I slammed his ass into the window. I'm not denying that. I defended myself. He got what he deserved.''
