That second half was satisfying. Finally some take aways. And The passing game with Cooks. Looked really good. Also, taking what the defense gives you. The short passes for 8-10 yards
The good: Johnson wearing them down in the 4th. So that's what it feels like from the other side. They sent 5, a lot on defense in the second half. I stopped counting after 9. Good win but Kyle Mcnair celebratin' like he just won the superbowl. The O-line played well when 71 wasn't false starting. I liked the better designed rollouts Don't really mind that int by Watson, only 1 the whole season that was a WTF was that. I think it was Sean Pendergast who obsessed on the day of the trade, on how many Dhop throws(70/30 balls) would Watson put up in the air only to realize Dhop was no longer on the team. It's been quite the adjustment. Hey 24yr old qb soon to be 25, let me take away your best player, good luck. The Bad: David Johnson and Watson chemistry in the passing game just isn't there. 2 missed easy TDs on the season, just a millisecond longer to avoid the hit Jaguars should stick with Minshew.
You say that but they lost 33 to 30 to the Titans, where the Jags CB dropped a sure pick six on Ryan to close out the game
Although, there is a chance a few coaches stick around. I think Romeo may take a consulting/FO position.
Yes but the second one is a pass Dhop's monster hands just snatch the ball out of the air, same with the overturned TD last week against the vikings. Speaking of, Clemson Tigers putting in work:
You are probably right. But I’m not going to be satisfied until both easterby and Kelly are gone. It concerns me that easterby survived last week. If he survived last week and he “has Cal’s ear” who knows what could happen if they end up manufacturing 7-8 wins somehow.
Kelly will be gone. HC is going to have his own OC. As for Easterby, he is doing non-on the field stuff. He will go back to that. The GM will have the power.
