He had time he clearly saw the guy coming before the hit he folded up and took the sack knowing that's the best thing he could do that was smart. Hoyer is what we call a SAFE qb we know about them in Houston. He just needs to make himself a threat at times throughout the games at times otherwise he's going to get a third concussion due to playing too safe.
