LOL @ the announcers acting like the defense wasnt terrible when demeco was playing a the beginning of he year
To be fair we never got to see the defense with Ryans and Cushing in there together for more than a game or so. As soon as we got Cush back Ryans was out the next game vs the Chiefs. Then the failed experiment with Cushing at the Mike spot cost us more. Course I say even with our personnel if the team defense was more aggressive/blitzing they would have done better. At least would have made more opportunities for the offense.
Defense is doing it's job. The offense just needs to run a way and hide, they played their one half for the day.
If the Texans get a TD here, they might finally hit that 30 point benchmark they haven't reached since the Kansas City game.
Typical Kubiak BS call with that RB draw... maybe if you have more than 1 timeout, or closer to the end-zone, but not now.

Exactly. Attacking more would give up the same amount of points, (but wouldn't be worn down like they will be the 2nd half of this game) give more chances to the offense, and might create more confidence in the players. I remember Bush wanted to start blitzing more when he took over the DC duties. Where has that been this year.
Not an idiot - a top notch LB position coach who is way over his head trying to call the entire D, with an actual idiot (Gibbs) un-coaching the secondary.
