Jacoby reminds me of a bigger Ernest Givins. The agility and the quickness, big play ability. Hopefully he's that productive one day.
Cushing should have ran at Garrard for the stop and force him into a rushed throw, instead of laying back waiting for a pass.
Ernest Givens was as much a product of the run and shoot as any offensive player on those Oilers teams. That being said, Jacoby is bigger, faster, stronger, and can potentially be a #1b receiver, if he works on his hands.
No... its our defense. Also, divisional games will always be a little closer than appears.... mainly because the teams know each other so freaking well. Jacksonville is more prepared to play us than they are a lesser non-divisional opponent.
Well I think to be fair, Fisher is the only one on that team that may have the right to wear it since he was with the team when they were the Houston Oilers...but still, it's maddening to see Tennessee wear throwback Oiler uniforms when they were never a part of the city's history.
I thought he was the best receiver we had on those teams, a perfect slot type receiver. Remember him going over the middle on Singletary and almost getting killed? Givins was damn tough.
So the atdhe stream stops every other minute and the justintv one has a crappy turquoise box across the middle. I can't find any other link. Anyone find another link?
move on, its their throwback jersey's I'm sure the people in Nashville aren't all excited to be wearing Houston Jerseys
There you go Jacoby! He had the same seam this time (on the punt) and hit it and got a good 10 yards or so. Hopefully that TD (and the coaches) gave him some confidence.
