Well, we've now gone hitless through 5 innings in 2 / 3 games, and have scored a total of 2 runs in 23 innings...Maybe the reaction is a bit hasty, but gotta agree this is a pretty pathetic start from a batting standpoint.
Indians playing small ball--and its working. I haven't seen an Astro lay a single bunt..why not try to be disruptive? Do something different for the love of baseball gods!!!

Yea.... BUT By their way of thinking, Dallas Keuchel is going to set a record this year by not allowing a run all season long. He is on pace to throw over 300 innings of shutout ball, outstanding Or maybe, just maybe, like tellit is saying, this is simply game 3 of a 162
being no-hit in game 3 of the year is embarrassing and hopefully doesn't bode for anything in the future but it's hard not to think otherwise. But I agree, in the grand scheme, it means nothing.
ANY team and ANY year you could find a 3 game stretch where the team looks awful, and a stretch where they look like the best team ever Just when it happens at the beginning of a season it stands out Great thing about baseball is that it is an everyday game, and a long season. We will be a top 5 offense when it comes to total runs scored, but there is going to be a lot of ups and downs with a team built like ours is AND....we have faced three NASTY starters so far
