i think it would be odd to walk around a known state such as texas...since i'm in ohio its literally turn to the person next to you and they're voting the other way...you survey 10 people you get a 50/50 split. last election the same thing.

It felt nice to vote for Barack Hussein Obama. Couldn't stop smiling for 10 minutes.

Such a historic election, and I'm so glad I was able to participate.

Depends on the area of the state you are in too. The same 50/50 break can be said about asking people here in Northern Kentucky, but go a little farther to the east or south in Kentucky and its likely all McCain.

Plus we have so few electoral votes, even if we were a swing state it wouldn't be as big a deal.

I voted democrat straight ticket this mourning around 720 am.I just think the g.o.p should be punished from top to bottom, so you can call me an anti-republican.

The people I really want to win are:

    Adrian Garcia-Harris county sheriff

    C. Bradford- district attorney office

    Rick Noreagia- Texas U.S race

    and of course Obama.

Stood in line with all the college kids on campus here in Norman. Voted in my first election ever. Feels pretty awesome. This day is going to be a historic milestone in this country's history.

Just got back from casting my vote. No wait whatsoever.

All I'm saying is that I voted for the guy opposing David Mincberg, whoever that is, for the sole reason Mr. Mincberg has a REALLY annoying song that I heard on the radio this morning.

    I voted.

Although on that note, anyone else think American voting hours are stupid as hell? We hold our election day on a weekday during working hours. And we wonder why our election turnout sucks.

Should be on a weekend and done over two days in my opinion.

If we do it that way, the parking situation will be much better. They can take over every post office and school to get more machines in.

Voted (left work early) 45 minute wait and the line was longer when I left.

Voting normally takes me 15 minutes.
