as is the hypocrisy shown on everything Trump has gotten away with yet Republicans where up in arms about during the Obama administration. Do you remember the issues with leading from behind or executive authority?
Not a smart move by the Dems... the public at large supports climate change legislation but it has to be at least viable.
Can conservatives make up their minds? They complain that the Dems need to focus on policies and then complain when they do exactly that.
I'm an independent. I root for gridlock. Both sides are insane and I have no problem calling them out when they exhibit their insanity. Go check the Mattis thread. I was rooting for Mueller to bring down Trump after he forced out Mattis. Yea...I'm such a conservative....
agree wholeheartedly just hope she can mature and realize progress does not have to start from radical ideas. love her energy.
hard to believe that this individual is a Senator . . . my view is that it is a difficult time to be a Democrat, with so many Democrats apparently falling over themselves trying to out-stupid their fellow Democrats.
That's the same one that said "men need to sit down and shut up." https://www.realclearpolitics.com/v...r_needs_to_be_believed_and_i_believe_her.html Maybe her illness is affecting her mental abilities.
Yes, but it's not just one party playing games. I think both parties are guilty of the same behavior. Neither party is making a real effort to work together, compromise, and create solutions to the issues our country faces. Instead they are content with wasting 2 more years hoping their party with control the White House and both houses of congress so they can jam their legislation down all of our throats. At this point I think all members of Congress should be locked in a room. They should be handed an envelope with a piece of paper in it that has an issue like immigration, health care, etc on it and be forced to stay in that room until they come up with a bipartisan solution. They should also be fed nothing but beer and pizza to make the room as foul as possible. In my opinion, it is not good that the only major legislation that has passed in over a decade was when one party controlled both houses and they had to use legal manuevers to override filibusters and other shady moves to change the process. It's just ripping our country apart even more.
I don’t disagree but I have no problem stating my opinion that the GOP is worse about it than the Dems. They both suck but they don’t suck equally.
So we all agree, right: going vegan is impossible but overhauling the nation's fossil fuel infrastructure within 10 years is totally doable?
To pore (over or through) means 'to read or focus on something intently', as in: She spent all weekend poring over her textbooks in preparation for the exam.
