They're played around with it before, but they've found that it's always about 15 degrees warmer than the outside temperature when you're on field level/in the sun. So it needs to be below 75 for them to open the roof.

Wearing pink for the month is about as dumb as Jackie Robinson week (where every player wears Jackie's number). Both are being done for good reason, just overdone.
Big waste of resources, too. Take the money you would've spent on tons of pink gear and donate it to research. Seems like more of a PR move trying to market the NFL to women.
Its actually the 80-50 rule. Below 80 and above 50 = open roof. Its still dumb however when its 81 degrees and the roof is closed.
