Because it's a Texan doing it. If it was a Seattle Seahawk or Buffalo Bill or Nashville Titan, it would be okay.

Sounds a little like blood doping, which I know is illegal in cycling but I'm not sure about other sports. But since all it is really doing is helping a player heal (at best...still haven't seen anything definitive that says this treatment really works) then maybe they wouldn't consider it "performance enhancing."
Essentially it is blood doping. The NFL only seems to have a problem when these things enter the equation In other words, unnatural substances and methods which harm the body.
In this game, the Texans have a shot at another "smashmouth" football team. These are the teams that I worry most about on the Texans' schedule. I'm very anxious to see the Texans control this game from the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball. I know that they won't get another shot at the Cowboys (in the regular season anyways) but they need to do to the Giants what they should've done against the Cowboys. Texans 27 Giants 24
Andre Johnson (WR) HOU Johnson (ankle) will reportedly play against the Giants Sunday, NFL Network reports. http://www.rotowire.com/football/
Andre Johnson, Mario Williams, and Derrick Ward are playing, Jacoby Jones is not. Troy Nolan is starting. Giants inactives: DB D.J. Johnson, LB Phillip Dillard, WR Victor Cruz, FB Madison Hedgecock (hammy), LB Keith Bulluck (Toe), C Shaun O'Hara (ankle), T Will Beatty (foot), DE Mathias Kiwanuka (neck) Texans inactives: M.Leinart (3rd QB), J.Jones, K.Paymah, D.Nixon, K.Bentley, K.Studdard, G.Graham, M.Anderson
I doubt you see Jacoby Jones till after the bye week. He didn't do anything this week which is a sign he will be out at least a couple of weeks.
I got bad news for you. He will return kickoffs regardless if Jacoby is healthy or not. Jacoby is the punt returner not kick returner.
What had DA done as a punt returner to make you think he is the Texans best returner? I think he has like 1 or 2 career punt returns. Jacoby Jones is a difference maker as a punt returner. Jones seems to have gotten over his fumble problems.
Do y'all think our run D is for real, or just a byproduct of teams being able to pass on us at will? I'm trying to decide if I should start Bradshaw today.
Depends on who your other options are but I think the Texans rush defense is very good. It will only get better with Cushing back. Bradshaw is a good back though. Giants are missing their fullback so if you have other options, I would probably look at them.
