DD is a Matt Schaub troll, he is here to point out any mistake and blame the Texans woes on him alone

More alarming to me than the loss is the fact that we've given up more points than we've scored. And this is even if one discounts Colt's last 7 points as meaningless. I'd be much more confident of a 3-2 team if it had lost a couple of nail biters and won convincingly in others. Right now, we're the opposite.

I really wished this year would be different. Hopefully, it's just some aberration that we match up badly against the Cowboys and the Giants.

You know, I like Matt Schaub and appreciate having a top 10 QB on our side...but you're blindly throwing out some fairly off base statements in his defense.

Only Jay Cutler has managed to take more sacks this year than Schaub.

Part of the QB's responsibility is getting rid of the ball in the face of pressure, even if that means throwing it out of bounds. O-Line isn't David Carr era bad, they both have to share the blame.

I'd say the LB and receiving corps (corpses? LOL) are less of a concern, but otherwise agreed.

That said, Schaub has been nothing short of bad 3 out of our 5 games. That shouldn't be ignored. With our defensive issues, we don't have a lot of cushion to get by with QB ratings of 67, 78, 53. I'm not saying he's bad, it's very surprising to me. But this can't continue if we think we're making the playoffs.

So much arguing among the fan base, can we all just agree that the secondary sucks and Kubiak is a pansy ass who should be fired?

I'm not saying that he is a bad QB
I am just a bit concerned.
I figured when the texans got a Running game it would help him

As for the line . . .did they learn to run b lock
but forgot how to pass protect?

I personally don't care for Kubiak's Play calling.
Sometimes looks like we need more dink and dunks
Quick passing game could help. Esp with a good running game
Seems like some times . .. he falls in love with long involved passing routes
good when they work but . .. .

Defensively . . . may need to blitz more.
with no pass pressure. . . Dion Sanders could not hold a receiver for ever

Horrible effing loss. Everyone across the board was bad. They looked totally unprepared. How many times did Nicks need to burn Jackson for an adjustment to be made? Coaching horrible.

A loss is one thing, we should expect them from time to time. To lose this way is just embarrassing and probably shouldn't happen.

Texans need to bounce back bigtime against a solid KC team or they're right back to where they started, .500 team. It would be a bigtime setback IMO.
This team better start playing with some urgency and tenacity, or there will be no playoffs once again.

Hah, no it isn't....lol....I was in England last weekend, so missed the game.....but if you go back and look, I have been watching all year.

You are just sensitive to the team's woes and looking to transfer that anger to someone else.

The Texans are a pretty good team, just not a contender yet, and I have said I think Schaub is a pretty good QB, but games like this make you realize his flaws...

Mostly, I blame today on being outcoached....I mean the number 1 running back in the entire league doesn't touch the ball on the first series?

Come on.....once they were down 14 it was going to be pretty tough to catch up.....

And why does someone as tall as Schaub have such a low release point?

Some of you are just sensitive to the truth....lol.

The texans are a good team with a terrible coach. You have the best runner in the league by a mile and your first 3 plays are passes. Is it no surprise you went three and out.

Then SHaub cant adjust to defenders trying to slap the ball away.

THe defense started off great, but if you keep going three and out of course their weaknesses will be exposed. Even so the defense gave them a chance to comeback but without offense you can get 5 interceptions and you still lose. especially if you are down by 17.

Suddenly we have no pass rush and no secondary. Take away our linebackers and we have the worst defense in the history of the texans. Actually I think we do have the worst denfense in the teams history.

Im not jumping off the bandwagon but it hurts to see this team take one step forward and one step back all of the time. You are never going to go anywhere that way.

I just realized how fortunate Texans fans are; the 49er faithful have brought out the "We want Carr" chants in San Fran and apparently are going to get him in just a minute. Things here are not that bad :)

Thankfully, your obesity will likely cause your death within the year and nobody will have to read your garbage posts anymore

I started him and Steve Smith as my flex. I was hoping I was going to be proven wrong but I knew what reality was

    Few points:

-Jackson is going to end up as a safety. He simply can't cover but could be very successful there
-The Giants are actually turning the corner. It's not just against us. Their offense has always been good (Nicks may be special and Smith is one of the best possesion receivers in the NFL) and their defense seems to have woken up. They could end up winning that division.
-Matt has been really bad this year. I think he's a good QB but this season is confusing honestly.
-AJ is legit hurt. He shouldn't have played this week and he shouldn't play next week against the Chiefs.
-As frustrating as jacoby is, we miss him. He stetches the defense and they have to respect his big play ability
-Anderson isn't even going to cut it as a 3.
-Owen looked much better this week and that is huge for us. He's the equivalent of a good 2 at full speed
    -Slaton sucks
-Arian may indeed be a system back Domanick Davis style. I'm actually fine with that too. I don't care how he gets his numbers as long as he helps us win games. No need to criticize him for a bad game today. Jury is out as of now and he deserves the benefit of the doubt
-Quin has regressed and it scares me he's going the Fred Bennet route
-Our OL is one of the worst in the NFL. They really suck.

We will still make the Playoffs and be 4-2 once we beat KC. We are a seriously flawed team that can beat anyone and lose to anyone just the same.

The world would be a better place if Brian Chapman and Kate81 got hit by a train. That's all I've got for the moment

I agree. We need to use our running game more in a game like this one. Why did Kub decided to throw the ball so much, when you know what the Gaints D-line can do ... Bears game? I don't get it. Everybody said, run the ball against the Gaints defense or get the ball out of their quickly when you decide to throw ... Oh well, let's prepare for the Chiefs game!

While I agree, he had heart. He was te face of our d and him and Pollard would have brought a serious attitude to our defense. He acted like an a-hole and i understand the hate but we miss him. That's just the truth

Disagree on the heart thing. No question, his knee injury changed him but I wouldn't be confident starting Jackson or GQ in flag football
