They said a shooting team can win a lot of games but can't win a championship, then Golden Stated did it.

The patriots essentially use the run and shoot offense. One rb, 4 to 5 wide receivers on every play.

McHale was a "players coach" who was force fed Moreyball analytics. Someone Morey could control and wouldn't go off course. Bickerstaff probably isn't any different...he's been with McHale for years and probably picked up the same bad habits. He's a young and eager 36 old who won't make waves for Morey and do what he says so he keep his first head coaching job. Another lackey.

Bickerstaff is a good coach, but no the answer. We need discipline in defense, badly! Bring in Thibs... NOW!!!! Come on Morey!

Didn't Bickerstaff say he would discipline our players? Brewer and Harden with back to back lazy ass turnovers and he doesn't say **** to them as they walk to the bench.

Not much you can do when your star quit and is more interested in being a celeb. It's going to take a full season of sucking and hopefully he'll rededicate himself in the offseason.

I always thought it was a lateral move.
Just proves that Blazers win was a fluke win against a horrible team prone to collapses.

Hoping I was wrong, but nope.

    This season is over.

He's running the same bull**** offense with better substitutions.

grizz announcers at the end of the game "this rockets team looks in trouble, they haven't changed, they are still trying to play everything 1 on 1"

So help us out here, oh great basketball analyst. If the problem was "just McHale" wouldn't removing that problem provide immediate results?

Let's see....a win over a completely inept Portland team on a freak shot....a loss to Memphis who were without there number one option.

Appears to me, the evidence of a quick fix by removing the only problem leaves a lot to be desired.

But I'm confident your superior basketball insights will clear up this quandry. Time will tell, LOL.

Uh, the Patriots biggest weapon is Gronkowski, a TIGHT END.

Real Run N Shoot don't even have Tight Ends on their roster.

    Keep trying!!!

He has not shown to be a good coach before and certainly not now.

If they keep him around for another game, the season is over.

Jeebus what a disappointing team. Worst than the Texans even.

Several wanted McHale's head so bad. He's not coaching anymore, and yet they keep finding ways to put themselves in a hole early. You got you wanted, but I keep thinking that this is something bigger than just a coaching problem.
