OK, so did anyone whose opponent played Carson Palmer today actually win? Or at least not get you ASS kicked?
I have Palmer and he is almost single handedly beating my opponent alone...and I needed it to...his huge game balanced out the s***ty defensive performance the Bengals gave (after I picked them up and started them thinking they would dominate the Browns ) as well as the receiving problem I'm still having. I think I need to stop trying to think too much and just play it safe....everytime I make a decision on matchups it has burned me (last week starting De'Angelo Williams over Portis and this week starting the Bengals over the Pats)
Palmer owner in my league is losing by eight with only K.Curtis to go tomorrow so it might hold up, Palmer went for 48 in our system!
I hate Bernard Berrian. No TD and a lost Fumble. WTF. I had Cotchery but chose not to start him...ugh. It's okay. I also have Tom Brady, Braylon Edwards (THANK GOD I KEPT HIM STARTING), Shaun Alexander, Antonio Gates, Marion Barber, and Pittsburgh DEF. But I had to pick up a different kicker, so I snagged Crosby from GB and he did NOTHING for me. I still have Clinton Portis and Randle El tomorrow though.
LT, LJ, and Steven Jackson have been very disappointing so far this season. I'm sure that LT and Jackson will snap out of it, but I think LJ maybe the bust of the year.
Norv Turner isn't a great coach, I know Marty is bad post season coach, but overall he's better than Turner.
