12 points in the 4th? Isn’t Jalen getting benched in the 4th?

 

I know Mobley's dad didnt want his son to work out with the Rockets but was that because of KPJ?

 

I'm thinking it was because he knew Silas would use Mobley in the worst possible way.....

 

He had 2 points in his 3rd NBA game and I was celebrating like it was new year. Unfortunately, I didn't get to celebrate long. He hasn't scored single digits or had a bad shooting night since.

 

If he worked out for us would we have picked him?

Something tells me we still wouldn't have

we apparently don’t want to be .

Not that Jared allen and the rest the Cleveland crew is great ... but they are also better than the rest of our squad .

we are so far behind other teams in our rebuild .

finding Mobley (so far ) woulda been great . Maybe we will have a chance to get him in FA .

would be nice if any of our 4 rookies were playing great ... or playing .. but there’s a long season left . Maybe we can win 10 more games !

if Mobley continues to look much better than green next year stone will be on the hot seat. The fans are already turning on the team

 

can someone break down the relationship Mobley and KPJ had at USC?
Rockets have to be the unluckiest franchise on earth.

 

We aren't that unlucky. Yeah we didn't win a championship due to some unlucky breaks, but I wouldn't want to have the luck of some other franchises.

We just started our rebuild in the middle of last year, let's give it sometime before we start labeling the franchise unlucky.

 

Nah I think our franchise is super lucky. We have lucked into multiple amazing number 1 picks Hakeem, Yao, lucked into Harden and lucked into the 2nd pick last year with Mobley there for the taking as the unanimous best player left on the board in the NCAA, that’s not bad luck, that’s good luck

 

Cannot go wrong with either but I prefer Chet.

May have more to do with Mobley's father rather Evan himself.

KPJ was suspended from team when Mobley's dad was an assistant at USC.

KPJ and Evan never played together, Evan was still in HS.
