Like the chance he took going for it on 4 and inches in the Pittsburgh game? Taking chances hasn't worked out well for the Texans in the past.
Its not holding when you lock up your defender and throw him to the ground. Thats just good blocking and Brown did a good job there giving Schaub time to make the play.
Nice job by Faggins and the D there letting Miami seize the momentum back. Could have really made a statement there and we laid down.
Here is an interesting chart on when to go for a 2pt conversion: http://www.footballcommentary.com/twoptchart.htm Interesting points: 1. NFL teams are only successful about 40% of the time on 2pt conversions. 2. The author doesn't even bother with 1st half statistics. I'm guessing that is because teams know better than to go for 2 in the 1st half. The probability of making it is probably always less than the values that would show on the chart, meaning you should never go for it, i.e., the risk always outweighs the reward.
I was wondering if Schaub was going to try to one-up Rosenpsycho on that run. Maybe he would have done 2 full helicopters in the air.
Allright all you Sage bashers if that AJ fumble loses us the game, I assume you will grief him about it endlessly too.
