it feels like a must-win. kinda weird to say that...and i don't mean it from a playoff standpoint or anything like that. but in a sense of maintaining some hope. a win before the bye week would be a really, really good thing.

0-4. One step closer to Adrian Peterson. Actually nevermind, we all know the Texans will screw up next year's draft too.

    Texans: 17
    Dolphins: 171

Everyone on the Dolphins have career days and set new NFL records...

Congrats! You're the 1,000th poster to post this same exact thing this week.

I know everyone is obsessed with whining right now, but can we at least have some originality?

must-win, and i think we get it. dayne for 90+ yards and a TD.

Texans win 28-13. culpepper throws it into our hands without any D line pressure

If there is one player that can get a negative one sack, it's Mario Williams...

The love of football and houston sports teams brought me to purchase season tickets for the Texans back in 02. I hoped i could bond with them like with the Oilers but it just hasnt taken yet. Their repeated losing and draft pick stupidity and overall boring on field product has prevented any real bonding.

I wish I cared more about the Texans, but the losses just dont hurt like the Oiler losses did. Maybe i could get into the team more if they were good, or at least competitive. We havent had a meaningful game since....ever. Watching the opening for the monday night game in new orleans reminded me of how crazy Houston used to get when the Oilers had a home Monday night game, its going to be a long time until we get one of those.

Ronnie Brown is gonna go off and Culpepper will get well like Brunell did. Lets face it, we have the worst football team in the league. I will be at this one, if only to watch R Brown run it up for my fantasy football team.

    Hope Im wrong, but..

The Houston Cougars play Miami this weekend.
The Houston Texans play Miami this weekend.
Weird. I say they switch teams and Houston has a better chance at one victory.

    Game Keys:
*IF* the Dolphins get a running game going. It will be a long day.
Dante has not been all world. . but he is Average Qb
If the Secondary has to come up to help out the DLine. . .
Texans will start getting burned DEEP . . .. well . . more often

The Portis 70+ yd run was the most embarrassing thing about last week
because. . . once he broke the line. . NO ONE ELSE was in site.

If Dante is Patient. . . run alot of underneath stuff
and pick them apart .. it will definately open up the long ball

    on Offense
Is it me . . or is David better in a Rolling Pocket?
He needs to go long more often

I also liked the RedSkin's FULL HOUSE BACKFEILD . .. the Texans should try it
The running game *has* to start working soon.

He means that we make poor draft choices and personel decisions and we stink like the browns did when they were new.

My thoughts exactly. I really just don't care for this team. I wish the oilers were still here. The oilers were my favorites sports team up there with the rockets. I feel if we would have gotten bush then I could have bonded with the team more.
