I remember he had some groin issues when he first came up and a couple of seasons he only pitched around 20 games, but since then he's been pretty durable pitching between 33-35 a season.

I think it's about due time that he goes and gets some electro-shock therapy from that tractor.

Me too, I came back to the radio to listen to the game even though it's all static. (at my gp's house and no cable)

I just had a feeling they'd comeback. We own the Dodgers. Stros are playing well as a team lately, time to turn this around.

Could the Chacon NIGHTMARE be this year's TOMBSTONE?

Astros have played great since the choke slam.

Quintero to DL, Towles coming back up. Towles' numbers at Round Rock were outstanding (.391 OBP, .985 OPS, 5 home runs in 18 games), so hopefully he's made adjustments and gotten back into rhythm.

Astros look bad news bear-ish tonight. A quick rundown:

    - Towles throws it into the outfield trying to throw out a steal at 2nd base
    - Newham is picked off 2nd base with 2 men on and 1 out; then, a double follows
    - Tejada overruns a shallow pop-up, tries an awkward barehand catch, and drops it

    Good news:

    - Towles got a hit...barely

A 3-6 pitcher comes in and has a Cy Young-like outing against the Astros after not having pitched for almost a month coming off the DL.

Unbelievable. Is it me or do the Astros seem to consistently struggle against Japanese pitchers? Good thing the Astros weren't involved in WWII. ;)

Well the Astros seem to always struggle against pitchers they haven't faced before...never fails.
